Civil Psychology Evaluations
Dr. Paglini provides comprehensive psychological assessments regarding the psychological effects secondary to alleged trauma. The focal point of these evaluations is to determine the litigant’s pre-trauma psychological history and post-psychological trauma functioning to facilitate the court’s understanding of the litigant’s mental health status. These evaluations are normally requested by either plaintiff or defense attorneys.
