Since 1996, Dr. Paglini has specialized in forensic psychology that includes criminal, family, and civil psychology.
I. Forensics:
Dr. Paglini has experience with the following matters:

II. Community Involvement:
- Dr. Paglini was appointed by Governor Sandoval to serve a four-year term on the State of Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners, effective July 1, 2014. The State of Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners protects consumers of psychological services by regulating the practice of Psychology. The Board is empowered to establish licensing requirements, to set standards of professional behavior, and to review the professional conduct of licensed psychologists to promote competent practice and public welfare.
- Dr. Paglini also conducted no cost treatment to victims and medical personal who were traumatized from the October 1, 2018 shootings in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- From 2001-2009, Dr. Paglini served as an Exam Commissioner for the Nevada Board of Psychological Examiners, evaluating potential licensees for competency to practice in the State of Nevada.
III. Miscellaneous Psychological Services:
- Provided critical incident debriefing for Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (2006-2017) Previously, Dr. Paglini was an auxiliary psychologist to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. Dr. Paglini provided psychological services and group therapy to officers pertaining to officer involved shootings, as well as trauma.
- Completed evaluations for Department of Family Services regarding parental assessments
- Conducted Security Evaluations for Federal Government projects (1992-1993)
- Completed Evaluations for United States Postal Service regarding threat assessment (1997-2002)
IV. Military History:
- Dr. Paglini served in the United States Air Force from August 1988 through September 1991. Dr. Paglini served as a captain in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged.
- August 1989 – August 1991, 554th Medical Group, Nellis Air Force Base, Las Vegas, NV. Duty Title: Clinical Psychologist/Captain, United States Air Force. Performed psychological testing and psychotherapy. Consultant to medical and legal staff. Provided expert testimony on gambling cases. Conducted psychological and alcohol assessments. Served as Nellis Air Force Base anti-smoking project officer. Implemented and reviewed quality assurance policy. Created and implemented gambling recovery program at Nellis Air Force Base.
- Deployed to Operation Desert Storm from January 18, 1991 to April 7, 1991. Provided psychological service to 37th Tactical Unit (stealth fighters) by performing crisis intervention, educating wing on combat stress and preventive measures, and providing ongoing consultation of stress management. Major duties included crisis evaluation and treatment of military personnel for continued military duty. Evaluated and treated military personnel for top secret positions.
- August 1988 to August 1989, Andrews Air Force Base – Clinical Internship.
